GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ECIPECI WEBBSHOP

To shop in ECIPECI webshop with org. No. 0000762064 you must be 18 years old and of legal age. In order to shop for invoices, you need a Swedish social security number. All prices at ecipeci.com include VAT. When you place an order it cannot be changed without return / cancellation right. If you want money back or undo your purchase in the webshop and return the item to the webshop, see the right of withdrawal below.
RATES All prices are inclusive of Polish VAT and are stated in selected currency. This applies as well shipping charges.
DELIVERY TIMES We are shipping orders between Monday and Thursday (without Friday). If the item is in stock, it is shipped same business day in case of placing order by 10 00 AM (Monday to Thursday). In case of placing order after 10 00 AM, it will be shipped next business day (without Friday). It will then take 1-3 business days for DHL or UPS or INPOST to deliver to your address. Number of days will depend of the shipping option you will take.
TRANSPORT DAMAGES If you notice any damage to your package when you pick it up, it must be reported directly to the courier . Transport damage is not covered by the goods warranty, but is covered by the shipping company.
SHIPPING All purchases at ecipeci.com are charged with shipping fee accordning to selected shipping option per placed order.
WARRANTY 24 month warranty from date of purchase. Three years of right to claim production errors in accordance with the Consumer Purchasing Act. Guarantees on fabrics, buttons and zippers and consumables receive a 6 month warranty.
The guarantee is a functional guarantee, which means that we guarantee function for the specified time, provided that you follow the maintenance and service instructions. The warranty does not include damage, improper handling, abnormal wear during use, or other cause of failure not due to manufacturing defects. The receipt for paid goods applies as a guarantee part. Always save the receipt during the warranty period.
CANCELLATION RIGHT As a distance customer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item in your possession. If you cancel your purchase, you must without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the date you notified us that you want to cancel the purchase, send or return the item to ECIPECI, preferably in its original packaging. If you have purchased a product, you obviously have the right to unpack, assemble.
Upon return of goods, you can email firstname.lastname@example.org or mail us a letter to ECIPECI, to notify you that you want to cancel your purchase and if you want a return shipping slip. For those who wish to use our return shipping it's free of charge for return shipping (not applicable for customers from Poland). Refunds are made without undue delay but no later than within 14 days of receipt of the goods or the consumer can show that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first. We do not redeem parcels sent for postage or collection. If you have paid the item, we will refund the item to you in the same way it was paid, as soon as the item has returned to us or when you can show that the item has been returned. You will have to pay the direct costs for the return of the goods (customers in Poland or if you decided to return it on your own), as well as any value reduction that can occur, for example, if the goods are handled to a greater extent than is normally required to unpack the product and test function and properties. The customer is also responsible for the risk of return shipping, such as the goods being lost or damaged.

EXEMPTION FROM RETURN RIGHT The right of withdrawal does not apply to products with a broken seal that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons, such as underwear, swimwear, thermometers, brushes, or cosmetic products.
COMPLAINTS If your item has broken, contact us. Most complaints are easy to fix by sending spare parts. Should it be a more advanced repair, we book return shipping and carry out the repair with us. Always contact us before any workshop is hired, unfortunately we cannot reimburse expenses that have not been approved by us in advance. It can be safe to know that we have long experience of solving complaints remotely. It is important that you contact us as soon as possible if something breaks, so that the damage does not worsen.
Complaints are sent to email@example.com For the fastest handling, be sure to include as much information as possible: order number, customer number, brand / model, date of purchase, car chassis number (see label on chassis). Reasons for complaints like how & when the defect occurred. Attach photos or short films with visible errors.
